Why we teach
Most development education is sold by people who teach. Ours is taught by people who develop. Since 2016, TESA has found, built, and funded projects across the Greater Toronto Area, and everything in these programs comes from that work: the approvals won, the budgets held, the financings closed. We teach because informed clients make better projects, and better projects are the business we are in.

Edward Frezza
Partner, Broker, and Real Estate Development Instructor. BSc, MBA.
In real estate since 1989, beginning at Edgecombe Properties and North American Life; a broker since 1993 with Colliers and RE/MAX; a multi-family investor since 2003, with a personal portfolio of multiplexes and apartment buildings; and a TDSB instructor of real estate courses since 2008. He teaches what he owns and operates.
