Multiplex Development Program
The full discipline of multiplex development.
12 modules in 6 weeks, taught by the group that builds.
The program
Twelve modules in six weeks. The program follows a multiplex from the first market read to a stabilized, financed building, and every module is taught from work TESA is doing across the Greater Toronto Area right now: the lots being underwritten, the permits in motion, the buildings under construction.

Two ways to take it
One program, two editions.
Taught by TESA in house, and in partnership with TDSB for adults.
The TESA edition
The in-house flagship, and the deeper of the two. In person, around one table, deliberately small. Sessions carry the food and the company of a dinner table, because the people beside you, owners, investors, professionals, are part of what the program offers. Cohorts tour TESA construction projects in progress; you stand inside the thing you are learning to build.
The TDSB edition
The same program, taught by TESA for adults as an approved program of the Toronto District School Board. An institution reviewed this curriculum and put its name beside it; that is the standard the program holds itself to.

Enrollment
Small cohorts, one notify list.
The program runs in small cohorts, and recent cohorts have sold out. One notify list serves both editions: join it, and whichever room opens next, TESA or TDSB, you hear first. Pricing is shared when registration opens.

Graduates leave able to ask the right questions of any developer, including us. From there, the paths are already built: a free property consultation and a Feasibility study on your own lot, the Signature Build for those who want it done end to end, the Syndicate Build for those who would rather invest than operate.
