Fixed Price
One agreed price, held through the project, with built-in contingency for the unforeseen.
Requirements
Issued building permits, detailed interior and exterior design with material and colour selection, quantity material take-off.
Cost Plus
Open-book, true cost plus an agreed margin, full transparency in accounting and administration. The savings TESA negotiates are passed through to the client.

We quantify every material from the drawings, waste factored, so pricing, procurement, and bids are measured against our own numbers, not a subcontractor's.
