TESA SKLTN delivers the turn-key superstructure, from footings to framing, with any stage available on its own. Steel is the upgrade from wood, and for multiplex and apartment development, where non-combustible construction is required, it is the structure that meets code. The core is precision light steel framing; where it lowers cost we frame hybrid with wood, a cost choice rather than a limitation. Up to six floors, for residential, commercial, and industrial.

Hybrid framing and the multi-family advantage.

SKLTN is the structure in the right material. Light steel framing is the core, with HSS and wood incorporated where the design calls for them.

Where non-combustible construction is required and interior, non-load-bearing walls may be wood, we frame hybrid: steel where it is required, wood where it is permitted. For multi-family, this delivers the required non-combustible structure at a lower cost than other steel or concrete solutions.
